RAIN FORECAST UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY 12PM

Hey friends and family,

First of just want to let you know that the WEDDING IS ON AND WE'RE SENDING IT RAIN OR SHINE! We're so stoked to see you.

If you are worried about anything, don't! All wedding activities are still on except a few adjustments being made.

THE WEATHER

BRING WARM CLOTHES AND BE PREPARED FOR RAIN SATURDAY ONLY! WE HAVE A LARGE EVENT TENT AND EVERYTHING IS GOING TO EPIC.

FRIDAY

Friday is supposed to be banner day! We're going to shift enjoying the pool to Friday instead of Sunday and having the potluck starting at 5PM followed by epic music. The weather will be nice and not too cold at night. Come hang!

SATURDAY

Saturday is supposed to rain but it will be on and off. RIGHT NOW THE CEREMONY IS ON FOR 3PM BUT PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON AS IT IS POSSIBLE WE MIGHT MOVE IT UP A BIT CLOSER TO 12-1PM RANGE. COME EARLY! THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF COZY INDOOR SPACES TO HANGOUT! The reception will still be held at the same time and will be inside the tent. PLEASE BRING AN UMBRELLA FOR THE CEREMONY AS IT WILL BE HELD IN A FIELD RAIN OR SHINE. HOPEFULLY THE WEATHER GODS WILL BLESS US WITH A SUNNY WINDOW AS THE RAIN IS SUPPOSED TO BE PATCHY. IT WILL BE PRETTY COLD SATURDAY NIGHT. BRING WARM CLOTHES AND BE PREPARED.

Sunday will possibly get moved inside. Enjoy the brunch and music with us!!

Here's what we've got planned;

- We rented a 40'x100' event tent for the reception so everyone will be able to dry and warm

- Ceremony will be outdoor BRING AN UMBRELLA!

Attire: You are invited to wear all white for the evening music!

Join us for camping and fun Friday at Camp Krem Yosemite in Ahwahnee, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra just an hour from Yosemite. The guest check-in opens at 10am Friday, the pool is open in the afternoon ONLY IF LIFEGUARD ON DUTY OTHERWISE IT WILL BE LOCKED, and the music starts at 6p. The bands are gonna be worth showing up on time for :)

Feel free to come to Camp, check-in, find a campsite, get settled and enjoy yourself. Music will start in the amphitheater at 6p, don't miss it! Join us on Saturday for the big event! Please RSVP for camping Friday, Saturday and Sunday separately depending on if you plan to camp and/or celebrate with us the whole weekend. Guest check-in for Saturday starts at 10AM and ends at 3PM before the ceremony, please don't be late!

We'll be decompressing Sunday just like we used to do at Do it Ourselves Fest, with morning brunch, friends and family jams, a DJ pool party and BBQ in the afternoon to polish it off. Please don't drink and drive! If you need to Camp Sunday please RSVP and be out by 9am Monday morning so we have a shot at cleaning up on time to get on a plane for our honeymoon. Beat it!

Brunch

We will be providing light continental style breakfast with bagels & cream cheese, bread and butter, and various pastries. We are ordering 10 gallons of starbucks coffee in cambros to share. All leftover food and booze from Saturday will also be put out. Please come enjoy Sunday morning music with us with coffee and light brunch! Help us consume everything so that it doesn't go to waste or have to get loaded up to be taken home!

Join us in the Amphitheater for an old-school Do it Ourselves style Sunday morning revival. Some of our favorite friends from the festival days will be performing through the morning, including possibly a few songs from Randy Gulaush ;) Participants may include; Kelly Koval Dan Talamantes Andy Obrien Alec Kersenboom Jeff Wilson Randy Gulaush And anyone else who performed previously in the weekend still hanging on ;)

Pool Party + BBQ

After the CLEANUP MOB we will be opening up the pool (weather permitting) for a final relaxation hang and BBQ. We'll have 100 hot dogs to cook. Please bring some additional things to BBQ if you want to eat and enjoy.

CLEANUP MOB - HELP US GO HOME!

Right after the music in the Amphitheater ends, and before opening the pool, we will be doing a CLEANUP MOB from 12-1pm to get all the heavy lifting done so we have a chance of going home on time Monday! Please help us. Our wedding coordinator Rachel will be leading the charge and available to provide direction and tasks.
